"I have owned numerous boats, both large and small over the past 40 years. I presently own a 61 foot motor yacht on the Chesapeake and I own a share in and manage a 44 foot sailboat in the Caribbean. In seeking a reliable fiberglass repair service I was astounded to find only one outfit being recommended in our area – more surprising was the price they were commanding for their work. When I mentioned this to Richard he put the work out to bid, found five bidders, and provided oversight (at no cost – just because I was “his customer”) – to the work.
