Richard Turner, a native to the Annapolis area, started Turner Yacht Services in 2002. Turner Yacht Services provides yacht management, boat detailing, shrink wrap and many other boat services to the Maryland Eastern Shore, Annapolis, Baltimore and Northern Virginia areas.
